BBCode Dropdown Menu

I'm wanting to make a dropdown menu for all my video BBCodes. Anybody know if this is possible? I want it to be like the smiley dropdown menu.

I'm sure it is, there's a few hacks like thE smiley drop down in quick reply that you could edit for this
