(Help) Custom Registration Page? or Prize Drawing?

Hello!

Vbulletin 3.6.4

I am looking for something that will let users sign up to win free stuff either during registration or after... I would run these free drawings every week or so.. and if it would randomly choose a winner would be great..

I don't know what else i can say or really how to describe it...

I did a search but did not find one... does one even exist?
