Private Message "BCC" Feature

For some reason I can send a private message out to one person and PM's work just fine, but if i use the BCC feature and send to more than one person, the email goes out the receiving end gets an email notifying them of a new private message, but theres no private message at the receiving ends inbox.

Any idea what would cause this?
