Simple random image plugin?

Could anyone recommend a simple random image plugin for vBulletin 3.6.4 please? I've had a look around, but haven't yet came across what I'm looking for which is basically:

A "strip" of images that will fill the width of the page (e.g. if space for 10 images, show 10, but if only space for 6, then just show 6.
Image size can be preconfigured for both height and width
Images taken from either embedded or attached images in the first post of a thread that is less than e.g. one week old
Images are hyperlinks to the thread that they were extracted from
