The No Icon check box is not working....

Can somebody refer me to a certain template to fix this problem of mine. In the subject line when replying to posts I click on the default No Icon, but the little paper keeps posting instead.

Yes I understand I have other problems, Im trying to do this one step at a time. I think a have a Mod thats conflicting with my posts but my little paper in Subject keeps showing up even after I click No Icon.

Im running Vb Ad Management which seems to be conflicting with my posts & if anyone has any insight about this fix please feel free to reply.
