Creating a new logo - need help

hi,

i'm creating a new logo for my site www.schuelerforum.net

I already have the background. but the three persons on the right should be in the same colours as the persons on the left side.

Additionally, I would need a text on it "Schuelerforum.NET", not too big.

Who can help me since i'm not an graphic expert.
