I really like the 'Similar Mod' area posted below the first post of various mods here. Is this a released modification and could it be adjusted to show similar threads instead of mods? Could be a really useful modifcation.

Similar threads is a standard part of vbulletin - it's just been slightly changed here to only display threads from the mod forums.
