I was working with mods, and totally do not know what happen to have this. What template should i be looking for to find my problem?

you didnt replace the entire USER_CP Shell with the template edits for that hack. reinstall and follow the instructions carefully and it should be ok

How come i edited everything to how it looked before.. and its still like that though??

Wow, there is something weird now. I am using Opera so im getting this. When i check IE, it looks normal. I asked 3 members, 2 using firefox and 1 using safari. And all 3 said it looks normal.

How come it is looking like this for me?

you could just revert the templates and start your modifications over again.
