I was curious know how I can change the background color in the messege windows, such as the welcome messege and the you dont have permission to access this area window.

Also the whitish.blue strip accross the welcome header if anyone can tell me were to change that too.

I have noticed a few of these windows with the whitish color rather then the dark theme style i have on the rest of the forums.

If anyone can let me know how to do this that would be great.
