Hello, we have a problem in attachments, when our users want add new attachment give this error:

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32574 is not allowed to access /home/yyyy/public_html/forum/attach/3/1/2/3 owned by uid 99 in /includes/class_dm_attachment.php on line 574Warning: fopen(attach/3/1/2/3/3014.attach) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /includes/class_dm_attachment.php on line 574

how can solve this problem for ever?
