bbcode asking to insert an option.

I'm trying to get a board running for my friend and everything was fine after the install.

When I clicked on the PHP, CODE, or HTML buttons to add bbcode, it would insert it. Now however, when I click any of those, it asks to insert an option. How can I turn that off?
