Border around Pictures in Postings!

Hi there,

my idea:

i want to have a black border with 1px width around every picture in the postings, which is created with the [img]-Tag!

i think i have to edit that in any template or in the [img]-Tag settings or something like that?

another option could a center-command for the pictures be!
please help. :-)
