Couple of simple questions I'd like answered please

This is to see if the hacks below are still available.

1. Is there still a way to have animated/coloured stars underneath your username & avatar to show your rank?

2. How about the small drop-down menu on the main page at the end of each individual forum to display the moderator list for said forum?

EDIT: Almost forgot, is there a code/hack so that when the last post in a topic is edited it will be bumped? This feature would be very handy for making sure updated topics don't go unnoticed.
