Cron Job- Move to usergroup based on profile field

I and I am sure many others would like something so people are automatically moved to a usergroup based on the answer to a profile field. I personally need something based on the age field but would be great to be able to customize it.

I would also love to help and provide time if someone is willing to help provide some code.
