XBOX Live Page

Is there any chance someone could create a page that could display all of the XBOX Live games (that could be added from the Admin Panel)? Under the game title, there would be a list of the people who own it. I know that XMB has a similar feature (they created that one for me), so I was wondering if it'd be possible to do with vBulletin.
