Row of smilies below quickreply?

[Soliloquy]

I can find a couple of mods to add smilies to the QuickReply box through a drop-down list or a box on the right, but what I'd really like is to have them in a row underneath. (Much like the second screenshot in GT Smiliebox, but that mod only works on the regular reply page.)
