I Cant Login Either.
I Think I Need To Disable Plugins, But I Cant Get Into Admincp

Temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Make sure that you have nothing in fron of the leading "<?php" and if your config.php has an ending "?>", nothing after that.

I reinstalled. The problem was i tryed to cache a template but didnt do it right
