Disallow changes to name after registration

Hi Folks,
I was just wondering if there is an option to disallow members to change certain key information after they have registered with it. What I have found out is that some new members at my site sneak in with a proper name and other credentials, and then change it to whatever they want later on. I want them to stick with the same name as long as they are members.

Under User Profile Field Manager, click Edit on the field you want to change, then "Field Required" set to Yes, and "Field Editable by User" to "Only at Registration"
