Default Topic not read text - can you change its colour
I was wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the text when you visit a forum and the post hasn't been read yet.

currently, it goes bold, so i assume it is possible to do - I just have no idea where to start etc.

Can anyone help me with something which seems so simple
