Small Hack 301 header for threads in certain forums

Actually out of one Forum becaume two. Now the one stays behind while the other moves to a new domain. Therefore I want to redirect the showthreads and forumdisplays to the new domain. The kriteria wheather to move shell be a list of forumids that have moved eg:

• Redirects if forumhome or thread of the following forumids: 41, 25, 28, 30, 34, 38, 36, 37, 23, 29, 32, 27, 35, 39, 33, 89, 79, 90, 31
