Edit your forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template.
Find and delete:

 
<if condition="$childforumbits">

Add Top:

 
<if condition="$childforumbits AND $forumid != XX">

Views Category:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/archive/index.php
Forum Jump and Search

Replace XX with the forumid of the category with these links

Example: Mods Forum
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/

Yeah, you can either set the Display Order to 0 or you can set "Forum is Active" to No.

I prefer setting the Display Order to 0. Setting Forum is Active to no has had unexpected results in my experience.
