Ok,

My name is Ryan Nelson I am a freelance web designer, I am 16 years old and wanted to learn to design and code vBulletin skins can someone tell me what it takes to be able to do that also do you just design skin and code it. This is what I really want to know, can someone show me just a design you would code please.
