How do I make one style the default style?

Hey guys,

I finished setting up a new style in "grunged" from Vbskins. However, I do not know how to make it the forum skin. I used the pull down tab and I see it. I want that one to be the default and the default skin to be an option.

How do I do this please? Thank you again.
