Automatic Smart Reply

Hi,

A mod where the admin can define triggers (keywords) that if these show up in a certain post, a reply to that post can be made automatically from a specified user account.

This would be useful to cover forums where a lot of the same basic questions are asked and if a keyword (s) is found in the post, a generic "how to" or informational post based on that keyword or keyword combination will be posted.
