Phrase missing, please help

The auto-pm at registry doesn't work, and I dont know why. There are two phrases, and I recovered one somehow by guessing (do not ask

) for the body of the pm but now I need the title. I created an account to test it out and the title of the pm was "phrase not found" or something. Can someone please tell me how I can recover these pm phrases?
