Unable to Delete Subscriptions

In the User profile in the Admin CP, there is a Quick User Links option called "Delete subscriptions". Well, it doesn't work! I go through the steps that appear but then when I go back to the user, subscriptions are still there with no changes.

Any suggestions? I'm running 3.6.4 on a windows server.
