Looking for mod - set who sees the board when it's off

I've searched high and low, and although I've found many references to this mod (without links, sadly) I cannot find it. The mod makes it so you can set which usergroups see the board when it's turned off, and which don't. If I hadn't just spent a week searching (apparently I'm not great with keywords lol) I wouldn't be posting here begging... but I'm hoping someone here will no where to look
