Yes, but looking at it, I would say that one breaks the old rules.
The new rules will probably be posted when someone gets chance to write them out - but I believe they are all displayed in the signature edit screen. |

I think most people would still be happy with being able to use just a standard 88x31 image in their sigs. Thinking back to some of the gigantic images people put in their sigs here, I personally don't have a problem with the new rules (and, yes, I had to change my sig because of them already).
