when setting the "Main Table Width" and the header size the same amount of pixels, the Main Table Width is never the same size. How can this be fixed?

This is dues to the spacer size. You might want to reduce the spacer size, or tweak your outertablewidth until you get them lined up.

Yeah, that's set to 20. I'll play around with it.

That still didn't work. Do you have any recommended settings?
