how do I change/add the following text?

Hi,

I set up links on my forum home page (forums that I set as categories and that just serve as titles), but I get the expand/collapse arrows on the right side even though it doesn't do anything. When you click on them they disappear, but when you refresh the page, they show up again.

How can I remove these arrows (preferably only on the home page)?
