Chat Modifications - vbShout v2.1 on ALL pages! (Below NavBar)

Firstly, please install vbShout v2.1!
Then import the xml file I attached. (Allow Overwrite: YES)

I myself did it on my own way, NOT copied from someone else. Someone may edit on his way at somewhere else, I dont know and I can not know all!
