vbulletin.org tabs and forum layout navigtion

Have a quick question - how does this site have vbulletin setup so that when you click on "Forums" it will show some certain subforums, but then when you click on "Mods" it will display an entire whole set of other subforums.

If this is custom, can someone please give me an idea on where to get started on customizing my vbulletin to have a similar setup?

they are just links to different catagories

you can set a forum up as a catagorie, its in the forum settings

You could also use my mod which allows you to select which forums to show on which page, and then simply make tabs to link to those pages if categories don't quite do what you want.

Is it your mod that makes the tabs?

The tabs are just linked images.

Wish someone can explain in detail how to get this tab settings done.. and if there are mods and the link to that.. any help would be really appreciated...
