Does anyone know of any php/mysql shopping cart scripts for digital goods (free or buyable)? An affiliates system would be nice also. So I can promote digital goods, and pay promoters.

I have used OSCommerce and ZenCart before, both are nice but ZenCart was a bit more robust and stable.

Zencart had a downloadable product you could create, and a paypal IPN interface which seems to meet what you are looking for.

Try there.
