Changing color of outlines in vbulletin forums

how would i go about changing the outlining color of my forum? When i refer to "outline color" i mean that line on the index page that separates the forum name/Last post/thread count/and post count

AdminCP --> Styles & Templates --> Style Manager --> Select the style you want to edit --> Main CSS --> Edit the background color for Table Border (.tborder)

thanks i tried that but with no luck. i recently has someone modify my skin and he changed the colors on the forum, so i couldnt see no lines. so i wanted to make them black so i could see the separation between forums, but is it possible to remove those lines from the message board? maybe that is the reason why what you suggested doesnt work?
