I searched the use and couldn't find info on this. How do I go about setting up different boards for different sections (ie: this site has a completely different set under ARTICLES, MODS, STYLES, etc). Any help?

What they are doing here is not displaying all categories on forumhome. Set a forum's display status to 0 in the forum manager to do that.
