Forum Specific Posticons?

Refering to this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=40821

Seeing as how old this mod is, I'm guessing its not safe to do on 3.6. Does anyone know of a mod that is able to do this? Or look at the code on the old one and update it please?
