Default Game Boy Games

Who still has old Game Boy games? Send them to me

I just got an NES, I'm so hip. Duck Hunt rocks my socks. Nothing better than 16bit.

I used to have a spinach green game boy, but its been somewhat misplaced. I was going to get a Nintendo DS but I ended up walking out with a wii instead.

Classic Nintendo does rock... Bionic Commando, Ninja Gaiden, Double Dragon, and Bad Dudes.

I have a bunch of old carts but I'm not giving any of them up. If you're intrested in saving some wear and tear on that old NES you outa pick up a couple of dreamcasts. You can get them with two controllers, four memory cards (often times with at least one VMU) and sometimes a throw in game for about $20.

The Dreamcast will run just about every NES game via perfect emulation with no modification to the console. All you need is a blank cd-r, back-ups of your carts, and some free software. There is also a SNES emulator that is a little on the slow side, a Genesis emulator with a few bugs that need to be worked out, and a Neo-Geo emulator that will run nearly all neo-geo cd games perfectly. Doom has be ported and quake has been too iirc. There is also a lot of home brew software out there (including some good games). Well worth the $15 - $25 you're going to spend on getting started.

I have a lot of old Game Boy games, many of which I still play. Currently, I've started a new file on Metroid II: Return of Samus (1991). And of course, there is the ever present Tetris (1989).

Uhm, the Gameboy, Gameboy Color and NES where 8-bit systems, all of which used the Motorolla 6502 processor

If you back them up yourself from copies you already own then yes it is. I did the same thing except on CD-R with most of my games while back. I can carry my entire collection of gameboy, NES, SNES, and Genesis games on 4 CD-Rs with the included software for playing the games on a PC.
