VB Skin & Buttons needed for RA

I just purchased VB as an upgrade to my existing site which uses Snitz Forums. I am looking for a designer to hire for a custom skin (exclusive to my site). My site is called Riding Arizona (12,000+ members) and it located at the following URL: http://www.myohv.com <- not my normal site URL, as I want to keep this a secret from my members until the change is production ready.

I am looking for a crisp, clean, not overly graphic intensive design, one that is not overly dark either, even though my logo and primary color is a dark brown. Please take a look at my existing site.

I would be very appreciative of any suggestions you could make for designers I should consider and if you are a designer and interested I would love to chat with you. Lastly, if any of you have suggestions, comments on what I should and should not do, I am open to suggestions. I'm looking forward to becomming a VB driven site.
