Show post contents when highlighting thread?

How do you do it so that whenever you put your mouse over a thread you will see the first post contents?

admincp>vboptions> Forum Display Options> Length of thread preview test. Chnage this to a number greater than zero, depending on how much of the post you want users to be able to read.
