How can i make the BB codes NOT show up when replying?(explained better inside)

when replying, if i want to bold text, it puts the code around the text.. example: [b ] bolded text [/b ]... on a forum i used to be on, it would jus bold the text inside the text box..

how would i get my board to do that?

that'll be possible by activating the wysiwyg editor.
