Hi,
I'm having a great time in learning how to use vbulletin. I'm getting stuck every once in a while, but this site has helped a great deal. 1. is there a way to change the word "Forum" (as in the bar above the list of forums that also shows "Last Post", "Threads", "Posts") to something else? 2. How do I add "Sub-Forums" in my forums descriptions? Example: vBulletin 3.6 'How Do I' Questions (54 Viewing) Use this forum to ask questions about how to do things in vBulletin 3.6. Sub-Forums: vBulletin 3.6 Quick Tips and Customizations Thanks so much for your help! |

Hi,
I think I got pretty much what I want when I use the [Add New Replacement Variable] and change "Forums" to "Discussions". The on any page or item that says "forums", it now says "discussions". The only thing is that anything but the home page does not load up, because in the address the word forum becomes discussions as well (as in http://***forumdisplay.php?f=14 to http:***discussionsdisplay.php?f=14). Do you have any ideas how I can work this out? Also, any tips on the sub forums? Thanks so much! |

Changing Forums to something else can be a template change or phrase change.
Adding the Subforum thing is a vbulletin option. If you only want to add the text its also a small template change. |
