First, I would like to shoot a huge thanks to everyone who helped me set up my site so far (BOLTtraining.com)

But I was wondering about google bots and such. When someone searches for a topic, and there is a thread created about it, will google bots show that thread as a result?

Yes, if you your site is open to public and google bots index your forum pages your site results will get displayed in google search results for sure.. But this takes time and lot of factors into consideration before your site search results come in top rankings

Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

Also, I have another question, how do I edit the no. of people who have viewed a thread? Either that, or I'll need to delete that column, which I also do not know how to do.

If you need to remove views column check vbulletin.com, correct code modification is posted there.
