Would like to get a review on my site because I'm having a hard time keeping members coming back. Any suggestions and comments are welcomed!

The site look's really good............Only thing i could recommend to keep member's coming back, is to send out a monthly new's letter.

I do that as it already stands. That's why I'm stumped as to why I can't keep steady and consistent users for having 2200+ registered members.
