I have noticed with my 3.6.4 board that if I click on a thread and read it and then go to the main board where it lists all my forums it still says I have an unread thread even though I just read the only unread thread. Is there a fix to this or is this some mod I will have to keep my eye out for? It doens't really hurt anything, just more of an annoyance.

Check what method you are using. In vB CP -> General Settings there are 3 options. I just fixed that same issue on my forum by changing it from "Inactivity/Cookie Based" to "Database".

I won't comment on how annoyed the users are though. *sigh*
