You've all "stuck" a thread now and again that was of high importance and needed everyone's attention.

What about one that you would rather that it just go away. It would be good to move it off from the "New Posts" section and even better to move it off to page two of the forum list. One of those posts that you can't delete, but you wish you could?

If you simply delete the thread then you tick off the people who posted on it. If you push it down, they never know what happened. If they ask, you tell them to use search. Complicated I know, but so are some users.

Not following....why can you simply not just delete or edit the post? I mean, if it holds no value and you would rather it be gone, can you not just remove it?
