How Do i Use phrase ???

i want to use " $vbphrase " tag for name of Sections and Descriptions !

how can i make it ?

Although I haven't tried it, you might want to look at AdminCP - Language & Phrases - Phrase Manager - Add New Phrase.

Thanks for the reply .. i know how i should add new Phrase . but the problem is that i dunno how i can use it for Section Title Names or Their Descriptions *!
