How can I write a script to insert posts?

I need to run tests for a mod against a forum with 3+ million posts.

How can I write a script that inserts a post?

I just need to know the easiest way to install ONE, I can figure out the rest on how to automate and randomize them.

vBulletin has got datamanagers to do this. Here you can find a tutorial about the one for creating threads
