addon to include a txt file in the attachement?

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible as a mod, that when someone add an attachement to a post, that the forum auto-include a txt file inside the zip or the rar file.

I guess it has to work with the web server with apache/linux including unrar and unzip/zip app installed.
