sumbit form

I need a submit form that will post into a specific forum or post id
Something like
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ghlight=vbform

but that allows easy adding/deleting of the forum
I would also like that the options be changed in the VBoptions panel if possible.


I can pay $$'s for this but need to see it before final payment
Please pm me if you can do this or create/recreate this plugin
We are using VB 3.6.4
