Error with Zend Optimizer

Hi all, we´re experiencing a problem with Zend Optimizer. We have installed php 4.4.4 with apache using the gd library and we are getting the error that zend it´s not installed, when actually we installed it. We don´t know what to do, yesterday without the gd library in apache it worked jus fine.

Any ideas?
